Although I'm not in HC here so I can't deal with this myself, I assure you that if anyone witnesses and reports or finds in log:

1. Anyone pretending to be a server admin, regardless does it include wearing RS tags or not (anything like 'Admin' in nick included)
2. Anyone pretending to have a permission to recruit.
3. Anyone actually recruiting on our server, unless it's a faction without own server AND it got permission from RS Leader (Misty) or/and HC (that will be sorted out).

, we will not hesitate to get the rule-breaker or/and his whole faction/clan banned/blacklisted/firewalled or w/e it takes.
